We had water coming through the landing ceiling after the wind. Lee came out, went up and showed me the ridge tiles that had lifted. Sorted the next week and the ceiling has stayed dry since.

Lee looked at the whole roof and told me it had years left in it, so we just did the flashing round the chimney and the pointing. Tidy job and the garden was left exactly as it was.
